The Founding Story

The Eye Doctor Visit That Changed Everything.

In 2014, Jon Kendal walked into a routine eye doctor appointment for headaches. He left in the middle of a medical emergency.

His blood pressure was in hypertensive crisis. The appointment stopped immediately. They wanted to call an ambulance. The ER doctor was direct: he would be on blood pressure medication for the rest of his life.

Jon was 46 years old. He had built businesses for three decades. He was not the kind of person who accepted "for the rest of your life" without asking whether there was another way.

He refused the prescription. He went home and started researching.
